Refunds or transfers may be offered at the discretion of The Gentle Start and in line with individual course policies.
Missed sessions may not be refundable.

6. Products and Gift Vouchers

Products and gift vouchers purchased through this website are intended for personal use only.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may have an expiry date, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
